Mentra AI applies AI to mental performance in elite sports. I acted as CTO and tech lead for the two founders, building an Astro and React dashboard on a CQRS, event-driven back end with observability and LLMOps.
The team won 1st place in the AI League hosted by the Saudi Ministry of Sport, SDAIA and the Center of Digital Entrepreneurship. I also co-authored the white paper AI-Powered Mental Performance: A New Era for Elite Sports Teams, which isn’t published online.
